Construction Property means any Real Property other than a Renovation Property with respect to which actual construction or other physical development activities have commenced or are scheduled to commence in the next twelve months, and for which no certificate of occupancy shall have been issued or received. Real estate firms deal in real estate, that can be land, buildings or land with buildings. Construction firms deal in the building, renovation or removal and replacement of buildings on land already acquired by the end user or developer.
